Sweet Potato Soufflé

Soufflé Ingredients:

  • 4-6 cups baked sweet potato (I roast them on the oven until soft)

  • 1 cup white sugar 

  • ½ cup melted salted butter

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbs Whit Marie’s bourbon vanilla extract (or original vanilla extract)


Topping Ingredients:

  • ½ cup melted salted butter

  • ½ cup AP flour

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows 


  1. Mix the sweet potatoes in either a stand mixer or with a hand mixer. You want them to be smooth before adding other ingredients. 

  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan (glass, aluminum, metal).

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins

  5. Take out and add topping and bake for another 10-15 mins

  6. Let cool and Enjoy!
